Last updated: July 2026. Solace is a brand of WXA Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom. This notice explains what we collect and why, in plain language.

What we collect

When you apply for a cohort, we collect the information you submit through our application form: your name, email address, and your answers about your work, training and recovery. The form is provided by Tally (tally.so), which stores submissions on our behalf.

How we use it

We use your application to assess fit for the programme and to contact you about your application, the waitlist, and cohort start dates. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the tools we use to run Solace.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies. Fonts are served by Google Fonts and images by Unsplash, which may log standard technical data (such as IP addresses) when your browser requests those files.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email damien@wxa-ltd.com and we'll sort it.
