The founder

Built by a coach, not a content machine.

Solace was founded by Damien Baudhuin. Strength and conditioning coach, MSc in Strength and Conditioning, former national level weightlifter. He has coached everyone from elite athletes to executives, and he kept seeing the same thing. Entrepreneurs carry athlete levels of pressure, with none of the support.

Athletes get a coach, a physio, a nutritionist and a psychologist, all working to one plan. Founders get fragments. An app here, a physio appointment there. Solace exists to close that gap.
