Sian's problem was never an injury. It was overthinking, guilt, and flipping endlessly between goals. Her own words: if I can't take charge of my own wellness, how could I be responsible for decisions that impact others?

Months of shoulder pain that woke him through the night, weakness in the arm, and no lasting change from an osteopath, stretches or acupuncture. He was quietly dreading being told he needed surgery. This was the last attempt before that route.

By week three the range was coming back and the pain was fading. Now he sleeps properly, lifts overhead again, and describes it simply: one less thing to worry about.

The idea of Solace came to me while living the very challenge I'm looking to solve today. Despite having an MSc and over a decade of experience coaching and developing strength and conditioning programmes for elite athletes, I sacrificed my health, relationships and business to chase a company's success.

It's been 3 years in the making, but Solace is finally here. Founders should not live a life of compromise to make their mission come true. Here's to an all-in-one solution, so you can perform at work and be yourself at home.

Ayelet Spitkowski, co-founder of Solace

Before Solace I spent years working with people at their most vulnerable. From policing to care, followed by a Master's in Clinical Psychology. It was always the same story. By the time someone finally reaches out for help, they are already beyond their breaking point.

My approach has always been to step in before it becomes an emergency. Everyone deserves to be fulfilled without their worries taking over their lives. That's the mindset I bring to Solace, so people can finally get ahead of the curve.
